Bandara — Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Before activation (pilot phase)

Access is activated manually within 1 business day of payment. Until activation:

You may cancel for a full refund, no questions asked.
If we cannot activate within 3 business days, you may cancel for a full refund (or keep the slot — your choice).

The paid service period runs from activation, not from payment.

Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period; the next cycle is not charged.
No refunds for partial periods already started, except: (a) EU consumer withdrawal below; (b) material service reduction → pro-rata refund on request; (c) termination by us without your breach → pro-rata refund.

Bandara targets businesses, but if you purchase as a consumer in the EU/EEA:

14-day withdrawal right from purchase.
Because activation is manual, performance begins at activation only with your express request given at checkout: *"I expressly request that the service begins during the 14-day withdrawal period. I acknowledge that if I withdraw after activation I will pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided, and that I lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed."* Without this consent, activation takes place after the 14-day window.
Business purchases (VAT ID provided / business profile) are outside the consumer withdrawal regime; our §1–2 rules still apply.
To withdraw: bandara@hendekaorchestra.com, "withdrawal", within 14 days. Refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

Contact us before disputing: legitimate refunds are resolved directly and faster.
Dispute responses include: activation logs, report delivery logs, checkout consent records, correspondence.
Fraudulent chargebacks → account suspension; genuine consumer rights never treated as fraud.

Original payment method via Stripe; issuer timing typically 5–10 business days.
